How do I apply for a Together Rx Access® Card?

How long does it take to apply?

The application form takes just a few minutes to complete. When you enroll online or over the phone, you can use your member ID number at participating pharmacies within two hours of enrollment. Your Card will arrive in the mail within 4 to 6 business days.

How much does the Together Rx Access Card cost?

There is no cost to enroll in the Program or to use the Card. It is absolutely free. And you get your savings right at the pharmacy counter.

Eligibility

Who’s eligible for a Together Rx Access Card?

Individuals for whom all the following statements are true are eligible for a Together Rx Access Card:

  • No prescription drug coverage (public or private)
  • Not eligible for Medicare
  • Household income equal to or less than:
    • $45,000 for a single person
    • $60,000 for a family of two
    • $75,000 for a family of three
    • $90,000 for a family of four
    • $105,000 for a family of five
Families of six or more and residents of Alaska and Hawaii should contact Together Rx Access at 1-800-444-4106 for household income information.

Are my kids eligible if I’m eligible? What about my spouse?

Your children and spouse can be added to your Card if they meet all of the eligibility requirements. To add someone to your Card, call us at 1-800-444-4106.

How can I verify my eligibility?

To determine if you or a family member is eligible for the Program, call 1-800-444-4106. A Call Center representative will be happy to assist you, and may also refer you to other available prescription assistance resources.

What if I’m not eligible for the Together Rx Access Card?

You may qualify for other prescription savings programs. The Together Rx Access Program directs individuals to the Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA), a clearinghouse for more than 475 public and private assistance programs, including nearly 200 offered by pharmaceutical companies. Those who are eligible for the Together Rx Access Card may qualify for additional savings on prescription medicines, or even free medicines, through other patient assistance programs in the PPA.
