The only personal information that Together Rx Access collects from you through our website is through our online Enrollment Form and Tell a Friend feature. Together Rx Access will use the personal information you provide on the Enrollment Form as described on the Enrollment Form, including determining your eligibility to participate in the Together Rx Access Prescription Savings Program. For the Tell a Friend feature, you must provide the name and email address of the recipient and the name and email address of the sender. Once the ecard has been delivered via email, we discard the personal information of the sender and the recipient.

Together Rx Access may disclose your personal information to third parties that provide support services to us. However, Together Rx Access will require those third parties to comply with this privacy policy and not use your personal information for any purpose other than to fulfill their business obligation to Together Rx Access. Together Rx Access may also disclose your personal information if it is legally required to do so (by a court order, subpoena, etc.).
